Memorial Day 2026 - Weekend Operations Update

Due to the forecasted cold temperatures, rain, and strong northeast winds off the ocean, several operations and amenities will be adjusted this Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2026).

Pools Open This Weekend:

• Aquatics Center (T4) Outdoor Pool

• Edgewater Indoor Pool

• Freeman Fitness Center Indoor Pool

• Freeman Fitness Center Outdoor Pool

Outdoor Oceanfront Pools:

The outdoor oceanfront pools will not open this weekend.

Beach Operations:

The beach will be guarded this weekend; however, guests are asked to use caution, pay close attention to beach conditions, and follow all instructions from lifeguards.

Beach equipment stations will remain closed. Beach crossover guards and other outdoor staff positions (with the exception of beach guards) will not be staffed.

Tram Service:

Tram service will not operate on Saturday or Sunday.

Food & Beverage:

The Sandbar and grab & go options at the Freeman Fitness Center, Racquet Sports Center, Aquatics Center (T4) will be open. The Sandbar on the Promenade and The Sandbar Beach Cart will remain closed this weekend.
