
Group Fitness Classes
​Looking for a fun and effective way to stay fit? Our wide variety of fitness classes offer something for everyone—whether you're into high-energy Zumba, rejuvenating Yoga & Pilates, or challenging Barre Toning. Take the first step towards your fitness goals by signing up for a class that fits your schedule!

Sea Colony Homeowner:

$5 per class
​
Non-Sea Colony Owners, guests and daily users:
-
With a fitness membership or if utilizing the house account option: $10 per class
-
Without a fitness membership/drop-in: $20 per class​
​PROCEDURES​
-
To register for a class, call the Fitness Center at 302-539-4511.
-
Classes are available to Sea Colony Owners, Renters, and Local Residents.
-
Classes are held at the Freeman Fitness Center.
-
Patrons will not be permitted to attend class 5 minute after start time.
-
Non-Sea Colony people who are “local domiciled residents” (which means: live year round or seasonally, or rent seasonally, or own a residence) in Sussex County, Worcester County or Wicomico County may not use a free owner-provided guest pass.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
All non-Sea Colony owners must complete a waiver before participating in any class. Click HERE to fill out the online waiver. Waivers only need to be submitted once per year.

Aqua Zumba

Barre Toning

Build core strength and tone your muscles through controlled, repetitive movements designed to challenge and fatigue specific muscle groups. Every exercise can be adjusted to suit your fitness level, ensuring a workout that's right for you.
Buns and Guns

This class will help you tighten, firm and tone your lower body through various equipment and body weight exercises. It will also focus on the troublesome upper arm area through specific exercises designed to impact the bicep and triceps area.
Core and More!

This class blends Barre, Pilates, and targeted toning exercises to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and build endurance. This low-impact, high-result workout engages your core, legs, arms, and glutes for a lean, strong body.
Gentle Yoga Flow

Experience a calming and rejuvenating practice designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep breathing to nurture both body and mind.
HIIT

A workout involving short periods of very vigorous activity, such as sprinting, jumping, or using weights at near-maximum effort. Following each high-intensity interval, there's a period of lower-intensity activity to allow your heart rate to come down slightly before the next intense burst. HIIT workouts effectively improve both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance.
Pilates Sculpt

This Pilates mat class focuses on muscle toning, sculpting, and controlled movements to improve your balance, core strength, mobility, and flexibility. Achieve a full-body workout that enhances both strength and stability!
Stretch & Tone

A low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help relieve stress.
Total Body Reset

Energize your workout with this dynamic class that combines heart-pumping cardio and muscle-strengthening moves for a full-body challenge. Designed to boost your metabolism, increase endurance, and build lean muscle, this class will leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and refreshed.
Vinyasa Flow

This class links mindful movement with steady breath in a creative sequence designed to build heat, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Expect a dynamic flow that blends energizing postures with moments of grounding, leaving you feeling centered, strong, and renewed. We will explore intermediate and advanced poses, making this class suitable for fit beginners or those with some yoga experience.
Water Aerobics

Enjoy the soothing benefits of shallow and deep water exercises that protect your joints and muscles while delivering a powerful, full-body challenge. Perfect for a revitalizing and joint-friendly fitness experience!
