Group Fitness Classes

Looking for a fun and effective way to stay fit? Our wide variety of fitness classes offer something for everyone—whether you're into high-energy Zumba, rejuvenating Yoga & Pilates, or challenging Barre Toning. Take the first step towards your fitness goals by signing up for a class that fits your schedule!

Sea Colony Homeowner:

  • $5 per class

Non-Sea Colony Owners, guests and daily users:

  • With a fitness membership or if utilizing the house account option: $10 per class

  • Without a fitness membership/drop-in: $20 per class

 

PROCEDURES

  • To register for a class, call the Fitness Center at 302-539-4511.

  • Classes are available to Sea Colony Owners, Renters, and Local Residents.

  • Classes are held at the Freeman Fitness Center.

  • Patrons will not be permitted to attend class 5 minute after start time. 

  • Non-Sea Colony people who are “local domiciled residents” (which means: live year round or seasonally, or rent seasonally, or own a residence) in Sussex County, Worcester County or Wicomico County may not use a free owner-provided guest pass.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

All non-Sea Colony owners must complete a waiver before participating in any class. Click HERE to fill out the online waiver. Waivers only need to be submitted once per year.

Core Exercise

This class blends Barre, Pilates, and targeted toning exercises to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and build endurance. This low-impact, high-result workout engages your core, legs, arms, and glutes for a lean, strong body.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Experience a calming and rejuvenating practice designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep breathing to nurture both body and mind.

Pilates Sculpt

Vinyasa Flow
