Join us for our Annual Homeowners Labor Day Breakfast as we celebrate the holiday weekend with great food and community.

Sea Colony Turkey Trot!

Join us on Sunday, November 29, 2026, to walk/run through Sea Colony’s beautiful community for a great cause. The Turkey Trot 5K event supports Special Olympics Delaware (SODE), a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that provides athletes with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to participate in 16 different sports.

Net proceeds from the event will help provide local Special Olympics athletes with essential resources, including new uniforms, training, and equipment.

Additionally, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company, supporting the dedicated volunteers who help protect our community.
