Day 1 - Singles Qualifying: 2024 Vacasa Pro Women's Open at Sea Colony

The first day of the Vacasa Pro Women's Open at Sea Colony welcomed ideal weather conditions, creating a backdrop for vigorous competition. As a distinguished $25,000 USTA Pro Circuit tournament, it drew 32 players from around the globe all ready for a week filled with challenging matches. On day 1, ten qualifying matches took place with the following results:

The ITF Tournament Recognition Scheme acknowledges tournaments with exceptional player satisfaction across various ITF World Tennis Tour categories. Successful tournaments receive a green star badge of recognition on the official tournament page. The Tournament Recognition Program aims to motivate and reward tournaments that excel in enhancing the overall tournament experience for players, support teams, and officials. This program acknowledges tournaments that meet and surpass ITF's delivery standards and rewards tournaments for their longevity and dedication to the Tour.


With generous sponsorship from Vacasa, along with the United States Tennis Association (USTA), and the supportive Sea Colony community, the excitement continues to build at this exhilarating singles and doubles tournament. Spanning through Sunday, this event attracts women tennis players from both national and international rankings, all vying for valuable world ranking points and a portion of the impressive prize payout.


Tuesday’s action kicks off at 10am with the singles qualifying finals, followed by the first round of singles and doubles main draw play. Admission is free to all matches and the public is invited to spectate! Join us on Saturday, May 18 for the doubles final and Sunday, May 19 for the singles finals.
