Promenade Coating Project

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are pleased to advise that the promenade and concrete planters on the promenade will start to be re-coated and re-faced beginning in October 2023. This three (3) year project will happen in phases with the below tentative schedule:

  • 2023/24 - Annapolis, Brandywine, and Chesapeake

  • 2024/25 - Dover, Edgewater, and Farragut

  • 2025/26 - Georgetowne, Harbour, and Island

During this time, some units will not be accessible while the coating is being applied. East Property Management will advise owners directly when their units will not be accessible. Removal of the existing seal coat will be loud and dusty. We apologize in advance for this disruption.


REVISED OPENING DATES

Phase I - Both High Rises and Garden Units and

Phase II - Chesapeake Owners Only (Chesapeake First Floor and Promenade Area)

ALL AREAS ARE OPEN!!

 

NOTE:  Since this project is weather related, the coating application has tentatively been scheduled beginning in MARCH, 2024!


We will advise of a start date once it is received. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as this project moves forward. Please be reminded to follow all signage and do not enter those areas that have been blocked or CAUTION taped off.
