Updated November 2025 PROJECT OVERVIEW We’re pleased to announce that the promenade and concrete planters are being re-coated and re-faced as part of a multi-year phased project. Work began in the Fall of 2023 and has continued over consecutive three seasons according to the following schedule: Stage I: 2023/24  – Annapolis, Brandywine, and Chesapeake - COMPLETED Stage II: 2024/25  – Dover, Edgewater - COMPLETED Stage III: 2025/26  – Farragut, Georgetowne, Harbour, and Island
