Sea Colony Update: Shoulder Season Updates to Operations (UPDATED 9/11)*

Beach

These schedules are staff dependent, so please check seacolony.com/beach.

The Beach will be guarded 10 am to 5:30 pm with 3 stands located between Brandywine/Chesapeake, Edgewater, and Harbour from September 8-13; two stands at Farragut/Georgetowne and Dover/Edgewater until September 20; then one stand at Edgewater until October 12.

Beach Umbrella Concession: Closed for the season.

Outdoor Pools

POOL OPENINGS BY POOL

Ocean Pool 1: Closed for the season.

Ocean Pool 2: Closed for the season.

Ocean Pool 3: Open from 10 am to 6 pm. Closes for the season at 6 pm on September 27.

Ocean Pool 4: Closed for the season.

Ocean Pool 5: Closed for the season.

Tennis Pool 4 (Aquatic Center): Open from 7 am to 7 pm until Freeman Fitness Center Indoor Pool HVAC fixed;

Monday thru Friday

7-8:45 am - Lap Swimming

8:45-10 am - Water Aerobics

10 am-7 pm - Half lap/half open swim

Saturday & Sunday

7-9 am Lap Swim

9 am-7 pm - Half lap/half open swim

When Indoor Pool reopens, T4 will be open 10 am to 6 pm until October 18

Freeman Fitness Center Outdoor Pool: Open from 10 am to 6 pm. until Freeman Fitness Center Indoor Pool HVAC fixed.

Indoor Pools

Edgewater Indoor Pool: Open Monday-Thursday 8 am to 8 pm; open Friday-Saturday 8 am to 10 pm; open Sunday 8 am to 6 pm; closed for maintenance September 21 to 25. During the closure, OP3 will be open.

Freeman Fitness Center Indoor Pool: Closed for unexpected HVAC repairs starting 9/8. When repairs completed, open 6:30 am to 9 pm. Fall maintenance being done during current closure.

Live Ball Cardio - 8 am Daily

Intermediate - 10 am Daily

Advanced - 11 am Daily

Pickleball Open Play – 9 -11 am Daily

Futures - 5-6:15 pm M, W (starting 9/14)

Tennis for Teens - 4-6 pm T, TH (starting 9/14)

Little Hitters - 4-4:45 pm M, W (starting 9/14)
