East Side Aerobics are for owners, guests and renters only.
Classes begin promptly; please wear athletic shoes, bring a towel & water bottle.
Owners:  $5 per class

Aerobics Pass Prices:  5 - $25, 10 - $50, 20 - $100    
Non-owners:  $9 per class

Aerobics Pass Prices: 5  - $35, 10 - $70, 20 - $140
Aerobics passes can be purchased at class location, before class begins, with Fitness employees.

Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way the poses transition, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Water Aerobics

Improve your health and well being through stretching, balance and core postures.

Yoga Flow

A fusion of Latin and international music and dance featuring salsa, meringue and samba combined with aerobic interval training.

Zumba
