Owner Budget Ratification Vote Set for the May 4 Board Meeting

The owner ratification vote of the 2019-2020 Sea Colony Recreational Association Budget will be conducted on Saturday, May 4 at the Board of Directors meeting, starting at 9 am in the Ron Wickwire Community Room, located on the lower level of Edgewater House. Delaware legislation requires homeowner associations’ Board of Directors to approve budgets and then provide budget summaries to owners for ratification. Owners are welcomed to attend.
