Class Descriptions
All Levels Interval Training
Upbeat interval training format utilizing a variety of items like Bosu balls, hand weights, medicine balls, steps, bands etc.
Aqua Zumba
Blends Zumba movements with water resistance for less impact on your joints. Don't miss this pool party!
Barre Toning
Strengthen your core and muscles with small movements repeated multiple times for muscle group fatigue. All exercises can be modified for fitness level.
Beach Yoga
Fun and challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. Burn calories, tone your muscles and get a great stretch.
Cycle 45
Simulated flat and hill riding using LifeFitness and Keiser spin bikes for speed and endurance. Lead by certified instructors.
Gentle Yoga
Fitness through stretching, balance and core postures.
Get Fit

IPATH
IPATH is a mix of myofascial release and trigger point therapy that helps relieve back and body pain.
Water Aerobics

Pilates mat class that involves muscle toning, sculpting and controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility and flexibility.
Yoga For All
