Summer Group Fitness Classes & Info

Stay active and energized with our summer group fitness classes! Whether you're just starting out or aiming to take your workouts to the next level, our certified instructors will guide you through fun, effective sessions designed for all fitness levels. Classes take place at various locations across the community. Summer Group Fitness Classes are available June 2, 2025 - September 1, 2025.
 

Sea Colony Owners: $5 per class
Sea Colony Owners may pre-register for group fitness classes the day before by calling the front desk at 302-539-4511. If you are unable to attend, you must call the fitness center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class to inform the staff.

 

Non-owners: $10 per class
Renters and guests may register for group fitness classes in person at the time of the class. Cash and major credit card are accepted for all classes (east and west side).

​Note: The cost for IPATH is $7.50 per class for owners and $15 per class for non-owners. Each IPATH class lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.

​PROCEDURES​

  • East side classes are open to Sea Colony Owners, Renters, and Guests only.

  • Patrons will not be permitted to attend class 5 minutes after the class start time. Schedule is subject to change without notice..

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

All non-Sea Colony owners must complete a waiver before participating in any class. Click HERE to fill out the online waiver. Waivers only need to be submitted once per year.

Class Descriptions

All Levels Interval Training

Upbeat interval training format utilizing a variety of items like Bosu balls, hand weights, medicine balls, steps, bands etc. 

Aqua Zumba

Blends Zumba movements with water resistance for less impact on your joints. Don't miss this pool party!

Barre Toning

Strengthen your core and muscles with small movements repeated multiple times for muscle group fatigue. All exercises can be modified for fitness level. 

Beach Boot Camp

Get ready to sweat, tone, and energize with our Beach Boot Camp! This high-energy, full-body workout combines strength, cardio, and core exercises — all with the sun, sand, and sea as your backdrop.

Beach Yoga

Fun and challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. Burn calories, tone your muscles and get a great stretch.

Cycle 45

Simulated flat and hill riding using LifeFitness and Keiser spin bikes for speed and endurance. Lead by certified instructors.

Core and More

Core Exercise

Targeted toning exercises to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and build endurance. This low-impact, high-result workout engages your core, legs, arms, and glutes for a lean, strong body.

Yoga For All
