The Weekly Five - (6/20-6/27)

1. Where can we find posted job opportunities you are looking to fill?

All job postings can be found on the Vacasa careers website: https://www.vacasa.com/careers.

2. What are the cleaning protocols used by ResortQuest from week to week as guests come and go? What are the cleaning protocols for the housekeeping staff cleaning at the pools and facilities?

ResortQuest:

We’re expanding our overall cleaning process and increasing the time our housekeepers spend caring for each home.

While disinfecting, housekeepers will pay special attention to high-touch surfaces, including: doorknobs, lockboxes or electronic lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, appliance knobs and door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets, cabinet knobs, and clothes hangers, just to name a few.

We will continue to wash and dry all sheets and towels at high temperatures. Employees will put on fresh gloves prior to making beds and laying out clean towels.Once the home is thoroughly cleaned, we will treat both hard and soft surfaces (including comforters and furniture), throughout the home with a hospital-grade, EPA-approved disinfectant. All of our housekeepers have been trained on these cleaning procedures and the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
