Effective Tuesday, March 1, 2022, and in line with DE State and CDC guidelines, all indoor mask requirements at Sea Colony have been lifted. We advise that all patrons follow the current CDC mask requirements, which may be revised at any time. Please refer to the CDC County Tool for metrics and additional guidance.

Effective Friday, February 11, 2022 for patrons entering the Freeman Fitness Center, Indoor Tennis Center, Edgewater Indoor Pool and Edgewater Exercise Room:
Patrons 5 years old and older who are fully vaccinated (per the definition from the CDC) and show proof of vaccination, are not required to wear a face mask in these facilities. Owners and members must show a paper or digital copy of their vaccination record only on their first time entering one of these facilities. Guests who are renting a unit must show proof of vaccination each time they enter a facility.
Patrons who are NOT fully vaccinated or are unable to show proof of vaccination are required to wear a face mask in all facilities at all times, including during workouts and while playing tennis, pickleball, and when not actively swimming.
Children ages 2-4 must wear a face mask indoors at all times, unless actively swimming.
All employees are required to wear a face mask indoors (per Vacasa Management nationwide company policy). Unvaccinated employees must wear face masks indoors and outdoors.
ALL patrons are expected to take personal responsibility for compliance and follow mask requirements.

Per Delaware's public mask mandate, effective 8am EST Tuesday, January 11, 2022, face masks must be worn in all indoor public settings regardless of vaccination status.
Face masks must be worn in all facilities at all times, including during workouts and while playing tennis, and when not actively swimming.
Children aged 2-5 are strongly encouraged to wear masks in public indoor settings.
Children under 2-years-old should not wear masks due to the risk of suffocation.

Patrons who have been fully vaccinated (per the definition from the CDC) will not be required to wear a face mask indoors/outdoors.
Patrons who have NOT been fully vaccinated will still be required to wear a facemask in all indoor facilities and outdoor settings as defined by the CDC.
ALL patrons are expected to take personal responsibility for compliance, follow mask and social distancing requirements (minimum 3 feet).
All tram riders will be required to wear face masks per Delaware's public transportation guidelines. There will be one family per row permitted on the trams.
Children who are participating in indoor Sea Colony programming, will still be required to wear a facemask.

Sea Colony will notify owners, renters, and guests of all policy changes. Updated signage will be posted at our indoor facilities.
