Sea Colony is migrating to Comcast starting on October 1, 2018. For those who signed up to allowed Sea Colony and Comcast staff to perform the installation and return the equipment, no further action is required on your part.
• Comcast will be onsite in October and November 2018, to do all the installs and also in April and May 2019, to assist with any owner questions.
• If you wish to be present in your unit during your building installation dates, please check the schedule prior to coming down to Sea Colony. Sea Colony Staff will return your Mediacom equipment, no further action is required.
• The Comcast schedule has been posted to here as a PDF file that you can view or print. Please have it handy if you need to contact Comcast for any reason.
For those who already requested the scheduling of their installation on their own and independently with Comcast, you will be sent a separate email.
