The Great Outdoors
Make the most of what Sea Colony has to offer before the colder months set in.
Try your hand at fishing! Look for sunfish, catfish and bass. Please follow posted signs and only fish in areas that allow. Fishing Licenses can be purchased at Hook'em & Cook'em Outfitters in South Bethany. Don't forget to release your catch!
Join Ecobay Kayak & Stand Up Paddle tour guides at the Assawoman Canal State Park launch, (next to Juice Box) at 7 Town Road in Ocean View, for a personalized guided kayaking adventure on the serene and protected waters of the Indian River Bay.Prepare to be amazed by fall tours, sightings of Great Blue Herons, Kingfishers and other local water fowl.Call 302-841-2722 for reservations.
Take a walk! On the west side, there are walking and running paths throughout the community. Wind your way through the phases, past lakes, pools and playgrounds while enjoying the beautiful landscape.
Kayak Launch Installed
Kayak enthusiasts rejoice! A brand new floating dock and gangway was installed recently at Town Road off of Route 26, west of the bridge. It gives park visitors a first-class (and 100% ADA) access to the Assawoman Canal waterway.

November Aerobics
Aerobics schedules will be published on a weekly basis on seacolony.com/aerobics and The Official Facebook Group.
Classes are available M-F and are $5 for owners and $7 for renters.
Turkey Trot 2020 - POSTPONED
Our Annual Turkey Trot 5K run/walk to benefit Special Olympics Delaware will not be held this year because of COVID-19 restrictions.
We encourage you to support their efforts, which help our local athletes, visit www.sode.org and click on the “Ways to Help” link to donate. We are looking forward to your participation in
Sea Colony’s 2021 event and hope to make it bigger and better than before! Look for more information in the upcoming months.
