Non-Owners - $10

Sea Colony Owners- $5

Non-Owners’ Aerobics Pass:

Aerobics passes can be purchased at the Freeman Fitness Center.

5 classes- $35

10 classes- $70

20 classes- $140

Aerobics Program fee- Annual fee of $30 to receive the Aerobics pass price. Applies to non-members only. Does not apply for Sea Colony owners, renters, guests (owner provided guest badges may not be utilized for non-Sea Colony owners who are local domiciled residents of Sussex County, Worchester County and Wicomico County) Sea Colony renter and off-season members.


  • Classes are available to Sea Colony Owners, Renters, and Local Residents on the West Side.

  • Eastside classes are only available to Sea Colony owners, renters and guests.

  • Patrons will not be permitted to attend class 5 minute after start time.

Class Descriptions

All Levels Interval Training

Upbeat interval training format utilizing a variety of items like Bosu balls, hand weights, medicine balls, steps, bands etc. 

Aqua Zumba

Blends Zumba movements with water resistance for less impact on your joints. Don't miss this pool party!

Barre Toning


Strengthen your core and muscles with small movements repeated multiple times for muscle group fatigue. All exercises can be modified for fitness level. 

Beach Bootcamp

Interval training on the beach using all body weight exercises like jumping jacks, squats, and sprints.

Beach Yoga

Fun and challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. Burn calories, tone your muscles and get a great stretch.

Cycle 45

Simulated flat and hill riding using LifeFitness and Keiser spin bikes for speed and endurance. Lead by certified instructors.

Gentle Yoga


Fitness through stretching, balance and core postures.


Stretching on Yoga Mat

Restorative form of yoga & pilates that cultivates longevity and alignment to eliminate back/body pain.

Pilates Fusion

Yoga Pose

Incorporates exercises from different workout styles - including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio and dance - to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. 

Water Aerobics


Low impact, shallow and deep water resistance training that's easy on joints and muscles for a total body workout.

Yoga For All


Learn the basics of yoga through low intensity poses, breathing exercises and core work. A great workout for everyone!



Latin dance music and steps, combined with aerobic and fitness interval training, creates a workout that feels like a dance party!
