As the State of Delaware enters Phase 1 reopening and lifts its State of Emergency restrictions on quarantine, out-of-state visitors, and short-term rentals, Sea Colony is now able to open more of the amenities to owners, guests, and renters. Starting June 1, the Freeman Fitness Center and Indoor Pool will be open from 6:30am to 9pm.  The Fitness Center Outdoor Pool is open from 10 am to 6 pm, along with Ocean Pool 3, Ocean Pool 5, Tennis Pool 4 (weather permitting), and the Edgewater Indoor Pool.  When lightning and thunder are present, pools must close and may reopen 30 minutes after the storm passes.  All pools will be disinfected every two hours, which takes about 15 minutes, and during that time, the pools are closed and patrons must leave the area with their belongings. 

 

There are health and safety modifications for the Freeman Fitness Center, the Indoor Pool and the Outdoor Pool.  Please review the following guidelines:
